Beginner Cheer – 60 MIN
This cheer class is designed for those students who have little or no tumbling experience. In this class, the student will work to improve their basic tumbling skills, such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, etc. They will also work on the basics of cheerleading, such as stunting, dance moves, and more!
Intermediate Cheer – 75 MIN
This cheer class is designed for those students who have the intermediate tumbling skills and also are looking to prepare themselves to eventually compete or just for the experience. They must have their back/forward walkovers and be working on their back-handsprings. They will be introduced to intermediate level stunting, such as halves, half-libs, show & go’s and more!
Advanced Cheer – 90 MIN
This cheer class is designed for students who have advanced tumbling skills and are looking to prepare themselves for the competitive team or to experience cheerleading without the heat and pressure of competition. Students have their back handspring on their own and be working towards round-off back handsprings, along with back tucks. They will be introduced to higher level stunting, such as extensions, baskets, libs, arabesques, and more!
